Beer #55: Big Rock Candy Mountain (Mountain Candy IPA)

Name: Mountain Candy
Type: IPA
Brewer: Sycamore Brewing
Location: North Carolina
ABV:7.5%
IBUs: 60
Grade: A-
What Makes it Unique: Hop-bursted with high-alpha, resinous varietals, then double dry-hopped, this medal-winning, aromatic IPA is big on juicy flavors of stone fruit and Lifesavers candy, with notes of citrusy dankness.

Dry hopping helps smooth out the taste (check out my dictionary to see why dry hopping helps!) and gives it a very mellow flavor for an IPA. It unfortunately doesn't smack with any high standout flavors. But I'm not downgrading the beer at all! It's good. Worth drinking. I recommend it.
